2 am. Bendigo is about 6 hours old. (first time Janelle got to see him after he was born at 9:42 pm) 
Our little family beginnings! It was so hard seeing our son like this. I couldn't sleep at all that night. I made Ben crawl into the hospital bed a few times because I was so sad!
Right after he came out; pour guy. He did cry which was a good sign, but nurses immediately took him and said he needed to go down the hall for oxygen. I asked if I could hold him, and Doctor Allen said to let me. So I held him for 30 seconds and they took him away. I wasn't allowed to see him until around 2am because he was going to have tubes down into his lungs, and IV's put in him. He immediately started on Morphine and some other pain medication. Poor guy!
